Day 18.

I missed a day again. It seems that when I have plans in the evening, I completely forget to write before bed. If I had remembered, I absolutely would have written a post — no matter how tired I was. Keeping this in mind whenever making evening plans in the future.

To be honest, I didn’t have much to share yesterday. It was a cozy and relaxing day. It was also one of the last days of sun for a while. According to the weather app on my phone, there will be 5-7 days of rain starting soon.

We soon-to-be-ex wife will be arriving to Yerevan on the 28th. I think we’ll have a good time, all things considered. The rain will definitely put a dent into any potential outdoor plans.

I’ve been here for 5-6 weeks and I still haven’t explored Yerevan or Armenia too much. I’m okay with that. I’ve seen and done a lot. If I want adventure, I can create it in a moment. My imagination is also an adventurous place that keeps me occupied.

I think I’ll stay in Yerevan for one more month. The plan is to head back to the US in June. It will be very interesting to be in the states again. It’s been almost 2 years. I wonder what’s changed. I wonder how the changes I’ve gone through will affect my perception. Being outside of the US has made me more aware of the criticisms other countries have about America.

Time will tell.
